ABOUT US

A.T.I.F.D.A.L. (Associazione Tutela Imprese Familiari Datori di Lavoro Domestico) was born on January 4th, 2018. ATIFDAL is an association of employers and socio-cultural, with a trade union character; it is composed of people who have been, are, or intend to be employers of domestic helpers, babysitters and caregivers, including all categories of employees engaged in work or rendering their service within the domestic context.

ATIFDAL has the authority to stipulate, sign agreements, collaborations, permanent or temporary memorandums of understanding with other bodies, public or private agencies, companies, and associations, both local and national, not even trade union-related, for the spread and optimization of our service to our patrons.

ATIFDAL can set up services or agreements in the sectors of social security, legal, fiscal, financial, insurance, taxation and welfare in the interest of members who want to operate in an interactive way and be assisted in all aspects of production.
